Quick Summary
Because our products are custom printed on demand, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or with the wrong print — we'll make it right, no questions asked.
Eligible for Replacement/Refund
- Defective printing — print is faded, cracked, misaligned, or missing
- Damaged in shipping — item arrived torn, stained, or otherwise damaged
- Wrong item — you received a different product, size, or color than ordered
- Quality issue — the product quality does not meet reasonable expectations
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse (custom products)
- Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before ordering)
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Items washed or used contrary to care instructions
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@boomerproud.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We'll review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
